So starting today I’m trying this new thing where I cook for the coming week on Sundays/the weekend. Hopefully this will help me keep on track because I won’t have to resort to eating unhealthy things just because they’re quicker.
Simultaneously, I’m also teaching myself to cook, and what better way to cook than clean?!
Today I made what I think is called quinoa pilaf dish. I’m going to make another post about it!
